A student who fits a university you can’t apply to is no longer a lost student. Send the file through StudyInfo, and an agency with the university relationship applies for you. Both agencies share the commission, and neither ever sees the other’s name.

Send the student’s file

Open the programme, confirm the application and submit. StudyInfo builds a Student Application PDF from the required documents.

  • One application PDF. Profile, passport, transcripts, English score and university fields in one file.
  • No agency branding. The PDF carries no agency name, so your student stays yours.
  • Withdraw any time. You can withdraw a file at any point.

2.0 Document check

Our team checks every document

A person on our team reviews the file. If something is wrong, it comes back to you with a reason and a note to fix and resubmit.

  • Clear reasons. Every returned file carries a reason and a note.
  • Resubmit when ready. Fix the file and send it again. Each resubmission is checked afresh.
  • Students kept informed. Your student sees “Under review by our team”, nothing more.

3.0 Apply

An agency with the relationship applies

We forward the verified file to an applying agency, by default the university’s owner agency. It applies, uploads the offer letter and moves the university-side steps.

  • Offer letters on the case. Conditional and unconditional offers are uploaded to the case.
  • The right party, every step. Each step can only be moved by the party that owns it.
  • Reassigned if needed. Our team can move a file to another applying agency.

All three parties talk in one thread on the case. When the case completes, the commission step tracks the agency commission.
